Uses of Azelaic Acid: Azelaic acid is mainly used to produce dioctyl azelate (DOZ) plasticizer. Other uses include as a raw material for fragrances, lubricants, oil agents, and polyamide resins. DOZ is used as a cold-resistant plasticizer for cables, films, artificial leather, etc., with low volatility and good aging resistance.
